Helo Garey,

It seems you have not yet installed the two rpms for IUS and EPEL as outlined in the IUS usage guide, the below error states the gpg key has not yet been imported.

You will want to follow the process found on the IUS Community getting started page to get the two rpms installed, this process will also install the gpg needed:

The following is an example, please note you may need to adjust the URLs for your system:

root@linuxbox ~]# wget http://dl.iuscommunity.org/pub/ius/stable/Redhat/5/x86_64/ius-release-1-2.ius.el5.noarch.rpm

root@linuxbox ~]# wget http://dl.iuscommunity.org/pub/ius/stable/Redhat/5/x86_64/epel-release-1-1.ius.el5.noarch.rpm

root@linuxbox ~]# rpm -Uvh ius-release*.rpm epel-release*.rpm

Once you get these two packages installed you will be able to use yum to interact with the IUS repos
