[Bug 901800] [NEW] PHP 5.2 support for el6

Public bug reported:

While PHP 5.3 is the latest version of PHP, there are still lots of apps
that are incompatible with PHP 5.3 and need PHP 5.2. Currently with el6
you're left high and dry.

It was less than 1.5 years ago (July 22, 2010) with the release of PHP
5.2.14 (http://www.php.net/releases/5_2_14.php) that PHP ended support
active support for PHP 5.2. They have continued to fix major bugs and
we're up to PHP 5.2.17 right now. As much as I'd like to see everything
switch to PHP 5.3, the reality of the situation is PHP 5.2 was a very
popular line and many things were written for it. Updating code takes
time especially when you have to rely on a 3rd party to do it.

Given all these reasons, I think there should be support for PHP 5.2 on
el6. I've updated the spec for php52 so it builds on el6. I also built
and tested it on el4 and el5 and it worked fine. It also includes
Litespeed support.
