[Bug 1416238] [NEW] USB randomly stops working on Kubuntu 12.04

 

Public bug reported:

I am using a laptop and all the USB ports will suddenly stop working
especially when the laptop has been put to sleep and then resumed again
(however the probability is very rare) . USB mouse, keyboard, flash
drives will not be detected when plugged into any of the USB ports.
