[Bug 1439938] [NEW] [Dell Inspiron 7746] Tap to click does not work on the clickpad with 14.04.2

On the clickpad of this system, user can't:
* double tap to open a directory
* single tap to select a file
* tap with two-fingers to do the right click
* Can't do drag and drop or select multiple files with two fingers (bug 1439608)
