[Bug 1447869] [NEW] Brightness FN keys Not working - Dell

Public bug reported:

The Brightness FN keys (fn+f4 and fn+f5) once pressed don't generate any
`evdev`, this happens on some Dell laptops like Inspiron 14z (N411z),
Dell XPS 13.

It has been reported in the past but the old bugs look abandoned.

This functionality was working fine before and according with old bug
report was probably introduced with Ubuntu 13.04.

Any chance to get it fixed/reverted ?
