Apr 27 12:20:12 kernel: [ 1577.594131] ERROR @wl_cfg80211_get_station : Could not get rate (-1)
Obviously this bug isn't fixed for 12.04 as stated in bug 923809
This bug 1158089 is about Raring.
This is true for me also (my workaround is to plug-in the network cable and download the driver again).
... driver ... it has failed to build after a new kernel release before

Please fix it at least when the upgrade to trusty is scheduled for 12.04
