Public bug reported:

Firefox running fine.
Installed Chromium from synaptic.
Trying to log into google mail.
I can type in password, however the email field will not accept any keyboard input.  I'm using the keyboard here.
Can't enter anything in URL field either.
I just did an update, dist-upgrade which didn't help.

Acer Aspire 1 netbook 2 GB using external monitor, netbook monitor
turned off as usual.

with partitions installed utopic, tahr, wattOS, win7, ...

Other than the chromium problem, lubuntu utopic running nice and crisp
and fast.
