[Bug 1332318] [NEW] wrong time after suspending with no internet

Public bug reported:

I came from work and saw a wrong time on the clock (both the applet on
the panel and `date` show the same). Connecting to internet did not
help, but closing the laptop lid and opening it did help -- the time was
set to 8 pm.

The wrong time was 12:06 PM , this is likely the time when the cable was disconnected. At least, I left home about 9:20 am. Probably I did not close the lid, and the laptop went into the dark screen mode.
