[Bug 1332473] [NEW] [Dell Inspiron 5547] Unable to suspend with the Intel GPU

CID: 201401-14542 Dell Inspiron 5547

This system cannot be suspended with the Intel GPU (without fglrx
installed)

Steps:
1. Install 14.04 + update (3.13.0-29) boot to desktop.
2. Suspend this system from power menu

Expected result:
* Suspend should work.

Actual result:
* You will see the login screen, and system freezed with fan running at full speed.
Caps Lock LED become not responding, the only way to solve this is to hold the power button.
