The driver works correctly, the link does not start until a ifconfig is not done.

  on our server HP Proliant DL380 Gen8p with Intel Corporation 82580 Gigabit Network four port card, there is no link in any of the network interfaces:

  However, if I start a system rescue cd 4.4.1 it works correctly. This distribution uses an older kernel and igb driver (3.10.60-std441-amd64, 5.0.3-k).
