[Bug 1407986] [NEW] Kernel hard freeze at random time (very often)

Public bug reported:

The hardware is Dell Vostro V131 notebook. While using the system at random moments kernel hardfeezes. Ther are no inforamtions logged nowhere. The view on the screen is just freezing, nothing works except hard power off. I was trying REISUB etc.
I was thingking this is SSD/RAM failure but after replacing them the bug still exists. Tried mainline kernel 3.17 from PPA the bug still exists.
I haven't found what causes excalcy this bug ie. software/hardware. Sometimes it is working many hours and nothing happends and sometimes just after few seconds after boot the system is hardfreezed.
