Apt-Web Developer and Source

The developer of Apt-Web, Fajran Iman Rusadi, has decided to sign on
to Keryx development and work on Keryx-Web. He's go the exact same
ideas in mind that we had as well and has hosted all of his code over
here: http://github.com/fajran/apt-web

He is busy working on his master thesis at the moment but is looking
forward working on it with us afterwards. :)
