I have a similar problem. I have maked some schematic and now I must
export the netlist in "Racal Redac" format. With Kicad I can export to
only four format but not in "Racal Redac".

I need a plugin or a converter but I haven't find on internet.

This is an example of the format requested, maked by the old dos orcad:
