Could I suggest adding "Drag Segment"command?

It shall allow a track segment to be moved around,
while preserving segment directions and connectivity.

I've used it in other programs and it is the most
useful tool for manual fine-tuning of existing traces.

It's especially useful when paired with a real On-Line DRC,
that is, the one which warns at the earliest possible time,
while still moving a segment, not waiting for the final
final placement to be attempted.
