Neither is sufficient in my opinion. Only Igor has rights to mess with 
the sourceforge bug tracker. And even if all the developers did have 
ability to manipulate it, I think something better is possible, 
especially if we had a real web host.

Let's sleep on that one, but to really turbo charge this project, we need:

A) a bug and feature tracker, with a way to prioritize
B) C++ source code formating standards or guidelines
C) Salaries :)
D) 32 hour days
