Hi,

maybe I didn't express myself clearly (my english needs some
improvements).

I didn't want one big file but at least some file to config every
component of Kicad suite - one config per component.

I must've been somehow off the reality, because now I see Kicad already
has it :-|

What pointed me this way was in sources common/base_screen.cpp hardcoded
size of cursor (line 14), so I thought there's more variables hardcoded
in Kicad.

That's why I asked.
