Jean Pierre, your edits to how-to-build-kicad.txt you made:

* leave the step numbering without step 5 in both the table of contents 
and the individual steps.

* eliminate changes that were introduced very recently by someone, not 
me. You might want to check with them on why they added them first.


The specctra export is largely working now, at least enough to see a 
board in the freerouter. Missing are existing wires, and any router 
tuning controls.
