Can you please explain you plans?
Do you want to be a developer for KiCad project or only close the 
tracker item?

The tracker item 1892773 was closed by me.

P.S. Standart note:
If you want the write access in SVN or possibility to release binaries,
or another connected with the help to KiCad project, then you must
carefully read the chapter
"You can help with the project!" at
http://kicad.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Download
and make all recommended things.
