Problem with GenericPolygonClipperLibrary.cpp

Hi,
I think we'll have a problem with the upcoming release. The licence of
GenericPolygonClipperLibrary.cpp is:

---
Copyright: (C) Advanced Interfaces Group,
University of Manchester.

This software is free for non-commercial use. It may be copied,
modified, and redistributed provided that this copyright notice
is preserved on all copies. The intellectual property rights of
the algorithms used reside with the University of Manchester
Advanced Interfaces Group.

You may not use this software, in whole or in part, in support
of any commercial product without the express consent of the
author.

There is no warranty or other guarantee of fitness of this
software for any purpose. It is provided solely "as is".
---

This licence will make the Debian (and Ubuntu and ???) maintainers
move the packages to 'non-free' ('multiverse').

Quote from The Debian Free Software Guidelines (DFSG):
---
5. No Discrimination Against Persons or Groups
The license must not discriminate against any person or group of persons.

6. No Discrimination Against Fields of Endeavor
The license must not restrict anyone from making use of the program in
a specific field of endeavor. For example, it may not restrict the
program from being used in a business, or from being used for genetic
research.
---

Quote from Ubuntu "main" and "restricted" Component license Policy:
---
Must not discriminate against persons, groups or against fields of
endeavour. The license of software included in Ubuntu can not
discriminate against anyone or any group of users and cannot restrict
users from using the software for a particular field of endeavour - a
business for example. Thus we will not distribute software that is
licensed "freely for non-commercial use".

Mateusz
