If you "feel" you must use it, at least don't tell anyone you are using it.


Notepad is one of several MS programs which in their entirety are to be 
considered bugs. The entire program is a bug, and the only way to fix 
it is to delete it.


Many free text editors exist. Many commercial text editors exist.
