Really useful even if I'm a vi user! I think that the only adaptation
for lp would be the initial 'bind' step (replaced by a 'branch' or
'checkout' or both of them, depending on the workflow). I use both
because I've consistent changes in progress and I want to check the
patch against 'official' devel, but there are other reasons too.
IMHO it could go in the FAQs.
