I just committed (r2800) a fix for a rendering bug in the optional drawing
modes in GerbView that I caused when I removed the old scaling code.  I have it
working on Linux and Windows.  I need one an OSX developer to verify this works
on OSX.  Load a couple of layers (preferably at least one negative layer) and
select the two optional rendering modes on the left vertical tool bar to make
sure there are no rendering errors.  Zoom in and out and scroll around a few
times just to be sure there is no unexpected behavior.  You may get an
assertion on debug builds when zooming all the way out due to an invalid
wxBitmap.  It only happens on Linux so it may or may not be an issue on OSX.
There's no hurry, I just want to make sure I have caused any other issues.
