They only need to give you the origin and orientation of the subimages
(and the position of the panel fiducial, altough these are more or less
standard).

Then you apply the trivial transformation to your pick and place data;
most probably: you give your pick and place data *and* the chinese panel
origins to your assembly plant and the ultraproprietary software running
the part bomber do the rest...

Don't worry about accuracy since most of the placement is only at 0,1
(if not 0,2) millimeters. Solder paste is magic in pulling the
components in place:P
