I committed this today in 3790.


Since Brian had started with lowercase filenames, I went to lowercase names.  On linux
this seems to be more normal.

Thanks for this work. 

A couple of us are already using the template in a design.

If you would, kindly offer any additional changes as deltas to this baseline.
