Hi Dick,
I just tested with BZR 4358 and everything looks good - I was able to check
using your https://github.com/liftoff-sr/pretty_footprints test library.
With regards to OpenSSL, there's no need to install the root certificates.
The Github plugin runs with without setting the OPENSSL_CONF environment
variable too. Everything appears to *just work*!
I will roll a patch and pass it under your nose in the next few days before
committing. There's only a few changes, my main problem was trying to get
boost built and installed correctly. This is all fine now with the move to
mingw-w64. I have a few things to tidy up before the patch is any good.
