We should support the standard (say, EN 60617) as much as possible. The
current state of Eeschema being "imperial" does not matter at all,
because scaling everything to fit 2.5mm grid is just multiply by ~98.4%
and adjusting page sizes a bit.
That kind of resize is almost within a normal printing error. Current
system with mils is quite enough resolution when going strictly metric
with 2.5 mm being divided in to 100 parts. Basic module would be 100
internal units.
