Position picking on GetVia

There are two GetVia members (one scan until the end, the other one
takes a stop point).

The first one tests the position with HitTest(), the other one does
a point comparison.

Was this wanted? The member comments for both says it HitTest the
position, it seems someone forgot to change it (the function, not the
comment:D)
