OK, I know there are DRC issues. Probably that's the reason for not
having copper selectable as a layer in the module editor.

However, how do one creates equipotential bonds in pcbnew these days?
Like the point where gnd ties to agnd... Zuken call them 'starpoints'
IIRC, they actually have a special kind of module for that!

Not a trivial problem when doing mixed signal work (unless in the
miracle case where you can follow Ott's bible and actually layout
the board fully segregating the stages...)
