Hi Alejandro,

Does not 'e' hotkey work for you? It should show "Properties" dialog for
most of board items (excluding tracks and vias which do not have any
dialogs according to my knowledge).

Currently layers can be switched with PgUp/PgDown (top/bottom), -/+
(cycle up/cycle down), and toggling with 'V' will be added as well.
