I use the nightly but I never actually tried cairo in the last... uhm
few months because opengl works fine for me (on sucky intel GM chipsets,
too!)

Just tried now and it seems effectively bearable, good work on that. It
would be interesting to know if systems which have issues with opengl
have good performance with cairo (don't know if cairo try to accelerate
with them or remains SW only)
