Live update of zone fills in the PNS router would be an interesting feature
to have. As to breaking the fill zone in to segments you don't need to go
quite that far.
There are only two areas of concern. They are the area where the item used
to be located, and the area where the item is now located. You can ignore
the rest of the board when updating the fill zone.
