I had to adjust my subscription because I haven't got your reply so now

You are right. Sometime I'm blind to see the obviously solution. By
doing this the configuration, the build and the usage of the spice
simulator is working. Yeah! Thanks.

I already opened up a bug report against the ngspice package in Debian.

Now I can work on the l10n thing.
