Hi.

I took the ac-dc.lib, rfcomm.lib and stm8.lib (very small libraries, and 
rarely used IMO) and try to apply the Library Convention rules to it. 
These changes might be destructive (more or less) for some schematic, 
but I think if we have a Convention it's time to start implement it also 
for the old libraries.
If you think they were wrong or not it is the right time, just revert it.

If no one will complain, I have plans to make further adjustments like 
these in the next libraries (especially created by me a some time ago).
