Bug mail volume

The volume of 'something changed' events on bugs about all of Launchpad
may place an overly large cognitive cost on individual Launchpad
developers. One way to find out :). Some things that developers could
try:
 - unsubscribe from bug mail altogether and subscribe to the RSS feed
 - subscribe to all bugs but use a filter to discard wishlist/low/medium
priority bugs
 - use the web UI to review bugs daily - e.g.: 'open bugs with
unknown/critical/high priority sorted by most recently changed' (which
only returns 474 open bugs :))
