Hi Tim,

One question I had about this: did it fail repeatedly on all 42 tests?  If so, 
maybe there is a break between the buildbot environment and the lp-dev windmill 
testrunner environment.

I don't have even a single running Launchpad development instance right now, so 
I can't test your branch locally.  I will be able to look at it later this week, 
if someone doesn't beat me to it.
