= Good news =

Curtis:
 - the last bridging the gap branch is approved for landing
 - jml to sign off on the feature tomorrow

Diogo:
 - you guys are doing such a good job in qa having a hard time bringing things 
to the meeting

Francis:
 - Tom is reviewing change to tuolumne and config tweaks so failures in one 
won't break the other

Gary:
 - Stuart has the psychopg change that lets us move to the maverick package in 
db-devel now
 - now ready to integrate mailman 3, will look after new year

Jonathan:
 - feeling good for 3 out of 5 days

Julian:
 - it is going to snow on Friday

Robert:
 - we have broken the back of the postgres 8.4 upgrade fallout with timings 
almost back to normal again

Tim:
 - nothing lept to mind

 * ACTION: Francis and Robert to come up with a plan on automating requests
   for a rollout.
   - LPS is enough for now, considering done

 * ACTION: Robert will propose a new definition of critical.
   - not done

 * ACTION: Francis will revise the hand off definition
   - not done

 * ACTION: Francis to investigate the visibility into the length of request
   queues. This could be graphed.
   - RT filed, considering done

#launchpad, Help Rotation and user support (Julian)

 - prompted by noticing a lot of help requests on #launchpad
 - are people getting more lax? is the process working?
 - jml: possibly merge #launchpad and #launchpad-dev?
 - risk of people getting scared off, but also risk of thinking no one is
   around to help
 - ACTION: Francis to get Sarah to add CHR to weekly email
 - ACTION: Julian to take to the list


= Incident review =

IncidentReports/2010-11-17-LP-Private-PPA-500-errors (bigjools)
 - still not filled out properly
 - cowboy still outstanding, fixed now
 - QA coverage wasn't as good as it could have been,
 - recommendation - do fully end to end QA rather than observational

IncidentReports/2010-11-17-buildd-manager-disabling-builders (bigjools)
 - still on-going
 - cowboy on the build manager
 - still trying to work out what is going on
 - manager is disabling after 5 failures
 - possible infrastructure problem
 - lifeless: perhaps we are exposing existing flakyness
 - ACTION: add a feature flag to have a failure threshold
 - ACTION: file a bug about some automated testing script
