These are in /etc/init.d on the servers in question. /etc is a bzr
managed branch on all servers in the DC, but it's not currently made
available to a wider audience. At the last losa sprint we discussed a
project to be able to pull initscripts, apache configs and other
relevant items that aren't in the codebase for a given project in a way
that lets us share them with everyone so this kind of thing is more
visible. We haven't been able to devote resources to this project yet,
but we hope to be getting close to hiring another losa soon, which is
going to magically free up a lot of time for us all, and all things will
be possible... No, but seriously, we do hope it will give us a bit of
bandwidth to tackle things like this.
