3) YUI3 versus YUI3 pre-something.

I don't know the specific difference. But I *do* know there are 500+
'/static/' files that are different between 'trunk' and 'experimental'.

As for *just* what pqm had vs what was in rev 422 of trunk:

Seem to be the only gui changes.

- From what I can tell, the main change is that it used to be an orange
tab, bar and sub-menu, and it is now blue. I attached screeshots of the
differences.


4) "Tags" column in /changes is still *way* too wide, causing Summary to
get wrapped to multiple lines for a column that is 90% of the time
empty, and 100% shorter than Summary (but forced to be just as wide).

It isn't true on Live, because there is *no* Tags column...
