I have the feeling there is a bug in the data we are generating. But
this graph looks pretty weird:

It says that there is currently an 18M second delay for the branch
puller. Since the line is still trending upward, I'm pretty sure there
is something 18M seconds ago that is delayed, and it is no longer
updating properly. Note that 18Ms is 210 days ago.
