The emphasis is on "just".
I agree that Launchpad should aspire to discussing everything openly
that can be discussed so. The alternative I'm proposing is not to keep
this stuff internal and secret. The alternative I'm proposing is that
when a message is only intended for internal folk, that the message
explicitly say so. It's a simple courtesy.
I'm not asking for a subject tag or a policy. Just an awareness that
we external contributors are here. Messages like the original post
imply that we are not.
