That seems like a good thing to achieve; just because its internal
doesn't mean it should be hidden. Of course *private* / *sensitive*
and other similar things should not be in the open.

Ubuntu has a -very- strong culture of discussing in the open
everything that can be discussed in the open, and its something I
think Launchpad should aspire to.
