the spikes from the monthly releases we did. The average number of
bugs fixed per month has fallen. I think is coincides with the change
in developer velocities. William, Jonathan, and I were in the top
velocities before maintenance teams, and our velocity carried over to
our maintenance work. It is hard to track this since we stopped using
milestones which report monthly velocity:
