The underlying code issue is still present though - we needed to
change the cache TAL rule for bug comments templates when we added the
hide-comment ajax feature.

I've reopened the bug and recorded this in it. It perhaps shouldn't be
critical now (OTOH it is still a regression, and likely to foot-gun us
again, I'm sure).
