I like this idea. I think I suggested the same thing to deryck.

I think we should have a single default ordering on all bug listings
unless there's strong reason to do otherwise. Users will be able to
get an alternative ordering with a single click. In modern browsers,
the URL will be updated, so they can also bookmark their desired ordering.

This is a fine overall default. It reflects importance from the
project's perspective.

This is intended to reflect importance from the user perspective. I
think it would also be a fine default, but if it were, it should also
be the default for +bugs.
