After being deleted twice, lib/canonical/buildd now seems to be really
gone.  Hooray!

 * there is now a separate tree, lp:launchpad-buildd, which builds in
to two python packages, python-lpbuildd and launchpad-buildd
 * you can run 'make check' in it
 * there is no runtime or testtime dependency of launchpad-buildd on
launchpad itself
 * launchpad's test suite depends on python-buildd
 * launchpad's non-test code does not depend on either of them
 * please use merge proposals into this tree
 * deploying is kind of a pain; next time we should do some stuff to
be able to get realistic integration tests on a local vm
 * deployment seems very manual: to start with rt 49358 asks for at
least staging to automatically deploy from a ppa
