To clarify, the package I'm talking about is python-lpbuildd. My VM did
not have it installed, causing the buildd tests to generate one set of
errors. After installing it I get another set of errors (the same as
EC2). I don't have any reason to believe (or disbelieve) that these
errors are related to the germinate package.
