I've migrated https://dev.launchpad.net/PolicyAndProcess/DatabaseSchemaChangesProcess
into checkmarkable now (link on the page).

I'd appreciate it if folk use this - we have a number of db patches
going on at the moment, and feedback will be useful. If its painful
thats both a bad sign and still very useful: be sure to either give me
feedback, or here, or there is an in-tool thing (but I won't know what
you say there, if that matters).
