Public bug reported:

There is no link to "help" for Launchpad (help.launchpad.net) on the
main Launchpad page (launchpad.net).  There is a "Help improve
Launchpad" link, but no "Help *with* Launchpad" link.  This would be
really helpful for those of us who are new and trying to figure this
out.  I had to Google search to find help.launchpad.net.  One solution
would be to add a new link to the "Start here:" section in the left
column.  Call it "Launchpad User Guide" and link it to
help.launchpad.net.  Make it the first link above "Open Source
Projects".
