I've just glanced at what we have now at

  https://help.launchpad.net/Translations/LaunchpadTranslators

looks like a good start. I've set it as 'translation instructions' for
the group (which is now prominently linked from +translate pages).

We are going to improve this in a slightly involved way. My plan is the
following:

 * Support importing translations from Bazaar branches (in progress)
 * Set up upstream code imports for all upstreams, along with
translations (limited to respective translation groups like
gnome-translators, of course)
 * Switch ubuntu packages to use bazaar for hosting code (in progress,
afaik :)
 * This should allow all upstream translations to show with a day or two
delay as externally used messages among suggestions

How we are going to sync from that point is still to be decided (i.e.
provide message sharing between the two? or do periodic imports from
upstream trees instead? many options, but we are far from the point to
worry).

Cheers,
Danilo
