Yes. There are many false positives... and unfortunately right now you
can not reset their status.
Danilo just said this will be solved after the UI sprint, is it not
so ? :D

I am planning for such a feature.

Danilo, do you thing you can create a silly, non UI-frindly page who
could export the last changes for a language.
Let's say last changes for the last day ?

I could implement it using an ugly crawler, but I hope we can have it in
Launchpad.

I know there are some discussion about this notification system... but
they are only thoughts

Ups. I forgot to mention that this is about the Romanian translators .
